4. Right of Withdrawal (EU / Germany)

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts pursuant to § 355 BGB.

The right of withdrawal expires early if:
• access to digital content or services is provided before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• you expressly consent to the immediate start of contract performance, and
• you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service begins (§ 356 (5) BGB).

For ongoing memberships:
• Memberships renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle.
• Cancellation is possible with 30 days’ written notice (e.g. via email) to the end of the current billing period.
• Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
